Managing Research Project Office
Search for research funding; drafting proposals (budgeting, planning; research, legal documentation); managing successful projects (finances, legal, administration, ethics, data management, dissemination).
LEAR (Legal Entity Appointed Representative) for all European Commission projects.
Preparing parts of the proposals, taking part in projects.
Building project consortiums; forming projects partnerships with other research organizations, public authorities, international consulting companies, NGOs.
Organizing international conferences, seminars, courses for the Centre of Policy Studies, Victoria University (Melbourne, Australia) -5 editions in years 2010-2016 -modelling training courses held in Warsaw and delivered by the lecturers from the Centre of Policy Studies, Victoria University (Australia) to participants representing: foreign government agencies, international consulting companies, European Commission Joint Research Centres, research institutions from Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Greece, France, Japan, South Korea, the U.S.

The Institute of Rural and Agricultural Development was established in 1971. It’s an important public body which embraces various scientific fields of rural development and an interdisciplinary research organization focused on monitoring the on-going socio-economic and environmental challenges facing rural areas. The Institute currently holds 2 H2020 projects.
Since it’s a small institution (app. 40 people incl. administration) I am the managing Project Office with one employee to support me mainly with national application. I am responsible for helping researchers while preparing all applications (national and international) and managing international projects (administration, finances, legal) while my colleague runs smaller, national projects.
