Description of job and tasks involved

Research activities toward innovation, development and evaluation engineering activities, coordination and evaluation for Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Diplomas, project leadership, project training, project implementation area, project consultant, coordinating and evaluating students` research activities within the innovation goals, students` projects planning, supporting students, post-graduated and young researchers mobility, developing and supporting courses and practical activities, teaching and research activities, coordination for half year projects on automotive powertrain design, automotive preliminary virtual mock-up development, Committee member of MSc, Diploma and BSc in Automotive Engineering, Responsible for implementation departmental schedules

Coordinate and organize: research activities, including design and manufacturing, leading tests and optimization, definition for the future objectives, innovation and patenting activities, administrative, financial, legal and management tasks, working targeting schedules and financial planning, engineering services, international projects’ coordination and partnerships development with different entities from industry, academia, government, organizations, specific activities for Erasmus mobility in automotive engineering domain, for incoming and outgoing students and researchers, placements and traineeships, dissemination activities

Scientific Research and Continuous Training Center for Sustainable Automotive Technologies (SRCTCSAT). SRCTCSAT works and operates inside UPB, being part of the university. SRCTCSAT mission is to develop and support innovative ideas and engineering projects, being dedicated to furthering knowledge and advancing understanding with regard to automotive domain. SRCTCSAT is a research and consulting unit with an interdisciplinary profile, being able to compete, manage and use funding opportunities offered by any country, any organization, any entity or any company around the world. SRCTCSAT is supporting activities, guiding scholarly resources and sustaining each other, and it is providing the needed environment for research and scholarly exchange, to facilitate exchanges between its members and those from similar units. SRCTCSAT provides Engineering Services, Training, Research and Development with regard to multidisciplinary areas.
