Position Title:
Member of WG1

Description of job and tasks involved

- Providing administrative support to senior academics, 

- Preparation of project application (member of University Centre for projects) related to EU assistance programmes – ERASMUS+, TEMPUS, Erasmus Mundus, IPA

- Preparation reports for projects (preparation progress reports narrative and  financial, preparation various of reports for project implementation, preparation documents for tendering procedure, preparation and organisation of the events and project Management meetings etc), 

- Cooperation with other HEIs,

- Communication with other research and business sector,

- Promotion of international mobility programmes for university students and staff (preparation of guidelines for students/ staff, advisory service for students / staff,  organisation of mobilityfor students and academic staff).

1. IPA project: Knowledge transfer among education, research and industry entities, coordinator Bild Studio, co-aplicant Faculty for Information Systems and Technologies

2. HERIC project: Enhancment of ICT Infrastructure at University of Donja Gorica – ICTi@UDG – team member

3. IPA Adriatic programme: 2°ord/ 1° TCE/011/ HIVES - High-level Innovation for a Value-driven Exploitation of a joint S3 in the Adriatic area – junior researcher

The University of Donja Gorica (UDG) is a private, non-for-profit university located in a suburb of Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro. At is already noted, University of Donja Gorica is a private higher education institution, registered as a private entity at Central Register of the Commercial Court under the number 8-0022734/001. It was established in February 2010 by the incorporation of five existing faculties: international economics, finance and business; law; information systems and technologies; humanistic studies; and arts. It offers courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate level of education, including Bachelor, Specialist, Master’s and PhD level of studies. Currently, it has around 2500 students, and 250 professors and teaching staff. Today, UDG includes twelve faculties and 18 departments.


Six of these faculties are registered scientific research institutions. Also, UDG has two sisters institutions: Institute for Entrepreneurship and Economic Development and Institute for Strategic Studies and Prognosis. Management of UDG consists of Assembly of founders, Development Council, UDG Senate, Rector and General Manager. UDG participates in many different national and international projects as Tempus, IPA Adriatic, Erasmus Mundus and other.


The whole university  is housed in a single, attractive and well-mainteined facility that was purpose built for UDG by one of the university’s founders; it is decorated with inspirational and life-affirm


The UDG founders had created these faculties sequentially as components of the future UDG. The aspiration of the founders, which is widely shared within UDG, is to change Montenegrin culture and prepare the country for European accession. The vision is implemented through an innovative education philosophy that stresses intellectual and personal development through active learning.
