European, international and domestic funding programmes

Legal issues relating to FP 7 and H2020 (ERC expert, MSCA):

  • Development of internal guidelines, checklists, FAQs, factsheets,
  • training of project leaders and project managers
  • organisation of events (workshops etc)
  • individual councelling of researchers and project managers
  • dissemination of information (editor of a newsletter)
  • EU policy issues (research policy developments in the EU, maintaining contacts with NCP, European Commission, REA, ERCEA)

FP 7 (incl. ERC, MCA), Funding of DG Culture, DG Competition, DG External Relations, JPI (Urban Europe), EFRE, Territorial Cooperation,

H2020 (the three pillars)



OeAW is the leading Austrian institute for science and research; it stands for social discourse, the transfer of knowledge and basic research at the highest international level. The researchers of 28 OeAW institutes (located in Graz, Innsbruck, Leoben, Linz and Vienna) are supported by project managers at the institutes’ level. The Grant Services at the level of the central administration support project leaders, project managers and team members in the implementation of third party funded projects.
